Three things, done properly.
I would rather do three things well than list twenty. Everything below is work I do myself — there is no team behind me, no subcontractor, and nothing gets handed off.

Remote first
Most of this never needs a van
Roughly nine problems in ten get fixed remotely. That is not a shortcut — it is faster for you, cheaper than a call-out, and you do not have to unplug anything and carry it into a shop. When it genuinely needs hands on the machine, I drive out.
What a remote session looks like
- 1I send you a link. You click it. Nothing installs permanently.
- 2You see your own screen the entire time, and the mouse moving.
- 3You can take control back or close the window at any point.
- 4When it ends, my access ends with it.
I never ask for your banking passwords, and I will never call you first claiming your computer has a virus. Anyone who does that is running a scam.
